Is the Supreme Court effectively dismantling affirmative action?
Recent cases show a trend in this direction. Last year the Court did uphold the allowance of some use of racial preference in the case of Fischer v. UT. However, just last week, in the case Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, many justices made clear they aren’t much in favor of any affirmative action.
